Mr Nyathi Holds An LLB Degree Which He Obtained From The University Of South Africa In 2014.He Completed His Article Clerkship With The Tim Du Toit Attorneys Inc (Pretoria) In 2018. Furthermore, He Is Currently Studying Towards A Post Graduate Diploma In Estate And Trust Administration With University Of Free State (UFS). He Was Admitted As An Attorney In 2018.
After His Articles In 2018, Nyathi Joined JMT & Associates. He Specialized On International Migration (Formal Emigration, Informal Emigration And Exit Tax Calculations), Estate Planning (International And Local Tax Matters) And Regulatory Issues.
Nyathi Is A Business And Commercial Attorney Focusing Primarily On Complex Commercial Projects And Specializes In Major Commercial Litigation. He Works Across Many Areas Of The Law, Advising Clients In Matters Including Labour And Employment Disputes, Pension Fund Disputes, Insurance Disputes, Financial Services Actions, Business Rescue Disputes, Deceased Estates Disputes, Commercial Litigation, Arbitrations. Nyathi Also Has Considerable Experience And Expertise International Tax.
Jabulile Holds An LLB Degree Obtained From The University Of South Africa (UNISA) In 2016. She Completed Her Article Clerkship With Ramushu Mashile Twala Inc (RMT), Sandton. She Was An Admitted Attorney Of The High Court Of South Africa In 2019, She Was Appointed As A Conveyancer In 2022. Masemola Has Over 18 Years’ Experience In Conveyancing Related Matters. Her Journey Started As A Conveyancing Secretary From 1998 Until She Obtained Her LLB Degree.
She Specializes In Commercial Property Law And Has Vast Experience In Various Property-Related Transactions (Development Finance Agreements; Equity Finance Together With Corresponding Security Agreements, Foreclosure).
Her Experience Outside Property Extends To Drafting Of Licensing, Distribution And Agency Agreements, Partnerships And Joint Venture Agreements, Service Level Agreements
